ESTATE PLANNING
In addition, we offer estate planning services.  It may
seem an unrelated area of law, but often when
someone buys a home they also need to establish or
revise their will.  People moving here from another state
need to know how Georgia handles your assets in the
event of your death.    Couples buying a larger home due
to the birth of a child need to have a will to provide for
that child in the event of their death.  Couples
commingling funds to purchase a house (whether they
choose to marry or not) should be sure to have written
